Dave + Jae Adopt ~ If you are considering adoption, we could be your answer!

We are a creative, silly, kind and caring lovely couple living in the Pacific Northwest (Seattle-area) wishing to build our family through private adoption.

Our Families

Although we do not currently live locationally close to our biological families, we are aware of how their lives and love impact us. We try to visit as much as we can to keep up on all the important events and milestones, and speak weekly via phone, text or video call.

Jae’s family live in Pennsylvania, where she grew up; her sister is Mama to four beautiful, growing kids (who call Jae Auntie Jojo and have a song for Uncle David, “Davey Baby” that they serenade him with during visits). They all have been major supporters reeling with excitement when we speak about growing our family through adoption. Jae’s parents are more than ready to be grandparents to a new addition and sister’s family have been waiting patiently for a new family member to hug on and love.

David’s family, mom, sisters and relatively new nieces and nephews all live in the Wisconsin/Illinois area. Growing up in the Midwest provided amazing opportunities to be outdoors on the Wisconsin River and surrounding landscape. Wisconsin is a very entrepreneurial state and as such he was exposed to a strong work ethic and respect for the community. His extended family reached far into his hometown which provided a nurturing education through mentorship, teamwork and the arts.

We both come from families who have supported our creative endeavors and although those choices have led us to not live close-by at the moment, our families continue to send us love from afar, not letting distance get in the way of relationship.

“David & Joanna have spent significant time building their careers, their home & their relationship. They desired to create a firm, secure foundation in which to raise a family. They are creative, hard workers, with entrepreneurial spirits who will invest in the life of a child, giving he or she the love, attention, support & care they need.”
